MUNICIPAL GARDEN THEATRE

26/09- SATURDAY

20:00 The internationally renowned Cypriot magicians Liotatis present a spectacular illusion magic show for all ages.

21:00 Stefanos Pelekanis “On Stage” in a performance filled with sounds from the Cypriot musical tradition. Featuring: Andreas Ioannou- qanun, Andreas Siantanis- lute, Yiannis Matthaiou- violin and Kostas Halloumas- double bass.

 

27/09- SUNDAY

20:00 Music and dance performance by the Limassol Folklore Research Group “Amathousioi” and the music band “Nomades”.

21:00 Cretan folk music with Zidros Cultural Club. With the participation of the Kriteoi music band and Yiannis Fragkiadoulakis. 

 

28/09-MONDAY 20:00

An unforgettable evening with the one and only Giota Negka, alongside Paris Paraschos and Lefteris Pitsillides. Accompanied by the Orfeas Music Ensemble of the “Panikos Hadjichambis” Foundation. Orchestration & musical direction: Admitos Pitsillides.

 

29/09- TUESDAY 

20:00 The Limassol Folklore Association, together with a traditional music ensemble, pay tribute to Cypriot music.

21:00 The “Paraskinio” Theatre Group presents a comedy by Giorgos Theodosiou and Georgia Iordanou. Directed by Xenios Xenofontos.

 

30/09- WEDNESDAY 20:00

Konstantinos Christoforou and ONE will have us all singing along to their hits and to our favourite international music.

 

01/10- THURSDAY 20:00

Sofia Papazoglou, Babis Tsertos and an eight-piece orchestra of Cypriot musicians in a concert infused with Greek sounds.

 

02/10- FRIDAY

20:00 The Dionysus Cultural Dance Club presents the music and dance performance “Land of Wine”.

21:00 The “Epi Skinis” Theatre presents a Cypriot comedy by Marina Fragkeskidou. Directed by Alkis Christou and Christos Palodias Kyriakou.

 

03/10- SATURDAY 20:00

A musical journey curated by Loukianos Kilaidonis with the participation of the Dionysus Cultural Dance Club, Maria Kilaidoni, Doros Demosthenous, Diastasi Children’s Choir and Vocal Ensemble, and an eight-piece orchestra conducted by Antonis Polykarpou.

04/10- SUNDAY 20:00

20:00 The Michalis Kyprianou Limassol Folklore and Dance Centre presents “Lutes, Violins and Wine” with Emily Larkou- narration, Theofanis Theofanous- violin and lute, Charalambos Panteli- lute, Panagiotis Stylianides- percussion, Tryfonas Papaioannou- clarinet, Petroula Irodotou- vocals.

21:00 A Cypriot comedy by Giorgos Nicolaou’s theatre company. Choreography by Giorgos Nicolaou and Elia Ioannidou. Scripted and directed by Maria Charalambous.

 

During the Wine Festival a stilt walker dressed as a “Vraka Man” will be walking around the Municipal Garden taking selfies with visitors.

Caricature Exhibition on wine, in collaboration with the Association of Cypriot Caricature Artists “GEL.A.” and “Pin’s Sketch and Caricature Workshop”.

26/09- SATURDAY 20:00 Official opening of the Wine Festival.

Inauguration of all wineries and the Ministry of Agriculture, Rural Development and Environment’s kiosk.

Notes of Greece and Cyprus with Vasiliki Hadjiadamou and Sotos Gonios, accompanied by the Limassol Municipality Philharmonic Orchestra. Conducted by Giorgos Krasides, bouzouki by Giorgos Spyrou. 

 

27/09- SUNDAY

The Stelios-Erato (To Louloudi) dance group performs folk dances.

Light folk programme by Nicolas Antoniades and a five-piece orchestra.

  

28/09- MONDAY

“Old school project” with Lopodytes. Christos Katsounotos-vocals/electric guitar, Andreas Kerveros-bass guitar, Nikolas Petrou-vocals/piano, Marinos Charalambides-drums.

29/09- TUESDAY

A journey through folk music with Despoina Olympiou and Filippos Ktenas. They are joined by musicians Konstantinos Zorpas- piano, Vasilis Hatziloukas- guitar, Rikkos Grigoriou and Giorgos Dimitriou- bouzouki, Kostas Halloumas- double bass and Andreas Davidson- drums.

Preceded by a dance performance by Olympos Ayiou Nikolaou.

 

30/09- WEDNESDAY

Traditional and folk songs with Antri Karantoni, Michalis Hadjimichael and and Giorgos Vasileiou.

1/10- THURSDAY

Elena Solea and Spyros Zinoviou join forces with the Women’s Dreams Choir and a seven-piece orchestra for a folk concert, with favourite songs and melodies.

Dance performance by the Machallekide Dance School.

 

2/10- FRIDAY

An unexpected musical fusion of rebetiko, light folk and pop rock with Nwaina, Anna Chrysanthou and Andrea Mavrou. Featuring: Ioulios Georgakopoulos- percussion and drums, Dimitris Panagi- electric and acoustic guitar, Antonis Pafios- clarinet and saxophone, and Alex Stylianidis- bass and vocals.

 

3/10- SATURDAY

A tribute to great Greek female singers by Maria Theodotou, Evdokia Kadi, Annita Konstantinou, Maria Vardaki and a six-piece orchestra.

 

4/10- SUNDAY

A musical journey through the traditional music of Cyprus and Greece with Vasiliki Hadjiadamou, Christakis Anastasiou and Sotiris Petsas. Featuring: Nikos Papadopoulos- violin, Charalambos Panteli- lute, Pantelis Ionas- bouzouki, Andreas Ioannou-qanun, Iakovos Kotsonias- bass and Xenios Evangelou- percussion.

 

Playground area behind the “Vraka Man” statue

Children have their very own area at the Wine Festival! Come and get creative, craft your own Vraka-man just as you imagine it on wooden figurines and magnets, and let your imagination run wild on a spinning design wheel!

 

Pottery Workshop 19:00 – 22:00

Put your creativity to the test with pottery wheel throwing (saucers, bowls and cups).

Sunday, 04/10/2026 at 19:30 in front of the “Vraka Man” statue.

 

On Sunday, 27 September and on Sunday, 4 October fresh palouze (grape jelly) will be prepared behind the “Vraka Man” statue.
