The Limassol Municipal Park for Dogs opens for the public

On Saturday 3^rd of April 2021 at 10.30 a.m. the innovative recreation park for  dogs that has been created in the Zakaki area, will open its gates for our four legged friends. On Saturday 3^rd of April 2021, dog owners will be able to visit the park for the daily walk of their dogs. The place will be open for all days of the week except Thursdays with winter timetable (November to April 9:00 a.m. – 17:00 p.m.) and summer timetable (May to October 9:00 a.m. to 19:00 p.m.)

The park is specially structured in a fenced area of 800 square metres  in a natural environment aiming to the welfare of our four-legged friends. It operates according to the specifications and regulations that the Veterinary Services of the Republic of Cyprus have implemented but also according to the suggestions of the Animal Welfare Organizations.

The park will be open every day of the week except Thursdays. The winter timetable is November to April, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and the summer timetable is May to October 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

In the dog park there are three sections:

A.       A section with toys for dogs on leash, of an area of 1620 square metres.

B.       An open space for dogs on leash, of an area of 4800 square metres.

C.       An open space for one owner dogs with free movement without leash, of an area of1650 square metres.
