FREE parking at the traditional commercial city centre during Christmas period

The Limassol Municipality is to provide free parking over the Christmas period (including New Year’s Day and Epiphany holidays) in the area of the traditional commercial city centre.

This will apply on a daily basis from Monday, 21 December, 2020 up until Sunday, 31 December 2020 in all Municipal parking spaces, parking metres and pay machines.  

Drivers are invited to take advantage of this initiative. However, they are requested to respect the time limit set for each car park and not to occupy the parking spaces throughout the day so that all citizens are equally served.  

Drivers are also encouraged not to park illegally in other areas and adhere to the Traffic Code.

The implementation of this measure will be supervised by the Municipality’s Traffic Wardens and all drivers are required to comply with the above as well as with the Traffic Wardens’ indications.
