Extension of the date for expression of interest in connection to the meeting at the Municipality of Limassol regarding the awarding procedure for the development of a real estate property owned by the Municipality located at the Enaerios area, in the form of Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Transfer (“D.B.F.O.T”).

Following the announcement published on 25 January 2019 in connection to the meeting at the Municipality of Limassol regarding the presentation, of the envisaged development of a real estate property owned by the Municipality located at the Enaerios area, in the form of D.B.F.O.T, as well as the awarding procedure, the Municipality of Limassol has decided to give an extension to date of expression of interest until 18 February 2019.
