“KEPAKY” supports Municipality’s “Multi-coloured Music” programme
The families of the children participating in the Municipality’s “Multi-coloured Music” programme have received an unexpected gift for Christmas from the Social Services Provision Centre Andreas Sofocleous “KEPAKY”. The Centre, in the context of its long-term support of the programme, has donated gift vouchers for clothing, worth 2,100€.
The Municipality of Limassol would like to thank the Centre for its voluntary action and for helping those in need, thus putting the values of solidarity, love, offering and volunteering in a prominent place.
“Multi-coloured Music” is the new music programme initiated by the Municipality to support free music education. The aim of the programme is to make music education accessible to all children residing in Limassol, regardless of nationality and religion, encouraging them to learn musical instruments and participate in ensembles. The programme was launched in October 2019 at the Ayios Antonios Primary School, an area where residents from different cultural, religious and social backgrounds have always coexisted. It should be noted that the programme is also financially supported by the families of Stathis Papadakis and Michalis Tsiattalas.
