Event in honour of the couple Panikos and Elli Peonides

The event was held on Monday, 14/05/2018 at the Town Hall in honour of Panikos and Elli Paionidis for donating their archive and book collection to the Limassol Municipality.  

The collection, consisting of 4500 volumes and the archival material of Panikos and Elli Paionides constitute a valuable acquisition for the Limassol Municipality and an important endowment for students and scholars.  The archive contains both typed documents and manuscripts from their authorial work.

Panikos Peonides is a distinguished critic and prose writer, while Elli Peonides is a renowned poet, prose writer and children’s literature writer.
