Earth Hour 2021 – 27th March 2021

Earth Hour is a worldwide initiative of WWF that began with goal the reduction of energy for our planet.

On the last Saturday of March, all citizens of the planet are expected to turn off the lights of their homes for one hour, so that in this way they will send a message of participation in the protection of the environment.

Limassol Municipality participates this year too in this world wide event and will turn off the lights of the Town Hall.

All residents of the Municipality are invited to participate in this campaign by turning off the lights of their homes for one hour so that in this way they send the message for a new beginning for sustainable development, climate crisis, biodiversity and nature.
