Payment of the Municipal Property Tax until 30th September 2021

The Municipality of Limassol announces that the notices for payment of the Municipal Property Tax for the year 2021 are due by the 30^th September 2021. The bill includes and any overdue payments of previous years. After the due date there will be an additional  penalty of 10%.

According to the articles seventy three to seventy nine reference to the Law of Municipalities 111/1985, the Municipality of Limassol imposed a Municipal Tax of Real Estate, 0, 24‰ on the 10^th of May 2021, on the value of the property based on the general estimate that was made, according to the article 69 of the Real Estate (Occupation, Registration and Estimation) Law on prices of 2018.

Payment can be made at the office of Tax Collection at Archbishop Kyprianou Street (the building adjacent to the Town Hall Building, on Mondays-Thursdays 08:00-13:30 and on Fridays 08:00-13:00). Payment can also be made at any commercial bank and on line through the website of Limassol’s Municipality www.limassolmunicipal.com.cy  and through www.jccsmart.com 

All residents who did not receive a notice, are requested to call for payment at the office of tax collection at the above address and inform the Municipality of any changes to their correspondence address.
