The Limassol Municipality enters the new era of e-services and joins forces with citizens for a better city
The Limassol Municipality changes with the times and invites citizens to embrace the new era of e-services of the Municipality: My Limassol! #mylimassol.
Focusing on citizens and their quality of life, the Municipality takes advantage of technology and launches a new 24-hour call centre service -Call Limassol- at 77777788, as well as a new upgraded website, a handy tool developed to provide information and guided tours around the city.
The innovative use of communication and information technologies by the Limassol Municipality contributes greatly to reducing bureaucracy by providing the public with immediate access to information through this service, while requests and complaints are managed effectively and channelled to the relevant Departments for handling.
