Lemesia and European City of Sport events cancelled

Following the government’s decision to extend the measures for Covid-19 until the end of the year, the Limassol Municipal Council decided over a meeting held yesterday to suspend any sporting activities related to the European City of Sport and LEMESIA 2020 events. The need to restrict mass social gatherings, to fully comply with the measures and to prevent the spread of the virus forces us not to put at risk the health of citizens.            

ACES EUROPE has prolonged our title year and we certainly hope that in 2021 we will be able to come back stronger with a rich program of sporting events to celebrate the title of European City of Sport.
