Announcement for the Municipal Dance Centre

The untimely death of the internationally renowned dancer and choreographer Lambros Lambrou, founder and Artistic Director of the Limassol Municipal Dance Centre since 2006, has greatly affected the cultural affairs of Limassol and Cyprus in general. Despite the great void left by the loss of its Artistic Director, the Municipal Dance Centre will continue operating as a pioneering institution for the reinforcement and promotion of the art of dance, proceeding to actions that will soon be determined, following the necessary consultations and discussions with the competent bodies and dance associations of our city – a city with a long and rich tradition in the field of dance
