European Mobility Week 16-22 September 2021

We move with means friendly to the environment. We remain healthy

The Municipality of Limassol participates for a thirteenth continuous year to the European Mobility Week with activities that start on Thursday 16^th September to Wednesday 22^nd September 2021.

This year subject of Mobility Week “We are Healthy and Safe with Sustainable Mobility” it is related to the ways of commuting in a friendly way toward the environment and remaining healthy.

Limassol’s Municipality for the purposes of awareness will offer to the citizens, in co-operation with the company Nextbike Cyprus, a free transport by bike for a duration of sixty minutes for the week 16-21 September 2021 by using the code mobweek21.

In addition  there will be organized on daily basis, guide-tours of the Green Walk in Religious and Historical Monuments with the company of a tourist guide, lectures at schools, bike journeys, concerts and turning  Anexartisias Street into a pedestrians only area, concerts etc.

The Mayor of Limassol and other officials of the Municipality will travel to work by bike during the week.
