Immovable properties bequeathed to Limassol Municipality by benefactress Niki Fytidou

It is with particular satisfaction that the Limassol Municipality announces that the late benefactress Niki Fytidou bequeathed to the Municipality, by means of a letter submitted by the executors of her will during the Municipal Council’s meeting on 29 October 2020, two (2) immovable properties located in the area around the Fytidio Sports Centre – GSO, to be used for the relief of citizens in need and/ or the creation of a public park or sports centre, or green space and/ or other public space, in memory of her parents the late Michalakis and Christina Fytidi.  

The Mayor of Limassol, Mr Nicos Nicolaides, and the members of the Municipal Council, publicly express once again their gratitude for this donation, as well as their posthumous appreciation to the late benefactress for her occasional donations, and state that her most recent donation will be surely utilised in the most appropriate and productive way for the benefit of society, in memory of her parents the late Michalaki and Christina Fytidi.
