Autumn Music

The Limassol Municipality promises a music-filled autumn with four concerts, three in October and one in November. This series of concerts follows the last Full Moon Music event held on 24 September at the seafront theatre and comprises of two nights dedicated to the opera and two to the late Cypriot musician Solon Michaelides, whose life and work is closely linked to Limassol.

On Tuesday, 15 October 2019, at 8.30p.m. the Limassol Municiaplity presents the concert «A Visit to the Opera: From Mozart to Puccini” at the Pattihio Municipal Theatre.  

On Sunday, 20 October 2019, the opera “Dido and Aeneas” will be held under the auspices of the Mayor, Mr Nicos Nicolaides and will be supported by the Limassol Municipality at the Pattihio Municipal Theatre at 8.00p.m.

On Tuesday, 22 October 2019, at 8.30p.m. the Limassol Municipality presents a Concert – Tribute to Solon Michaelides at the Pattihio Municipal Theatre, with his nephew, the well-known Mikis Michaelides as the conductor.

Finally, on Friday, 8 November 2019, at 8.00p.m., at the Pattihio Municial Theatre, the second concert dedicated to Solon Michaelides will be held under the auspices of the Mayor Nicos Nicolaides and will be supported by the Limassol Municipality.
