Ayia Fyla roundabout - maintenance works and partial signal control

The maintenance, asphalting and partial signal control works relating to the Ayia Fyla roundabout in Limassol will begin on Monday 25/1/2021 with the supply and installation of ELV LED signals and the implementation of MOVA control strategy.   

The project is expected to be completed on 25/5/2021. Asphalting and maintenance works will be carried out from 9.00pm to 6.00am, while the rest of the works will be carried out during working hours or on weekends.

It is believed that the installation of Traffic Lights at the uneven roundabout of Ayia Fyla will alleviate the long-standing problems related to delays, traffic jams and long queues of vehicles observed at the roundabouts of the Limassol bypass during rush hour which affect drivers and especially those who use the Ayia Fyla roundabout on a daily basis.
