Delivery of new fountain system at Ayios Nicolaos roundabout

Crowds of people attended the delivery ceremony of yet another important project for Limassol on Saturday, 22 December 2018, when Prosperity Group and the Limassol Municipality inaugurated the new fountain system at the Ayios Nicolaos roundabout.

Within the framework of their contribution to society, Prosperity Group, as the main sponsor of the revamping of the Ayios Nicolaos roundabout, created an impressive fountain which is truly a gem for our city and constitutes a significant landmark for Limassol.

In his speech, the Mayor of Limassol, Mr Nicos Nicolaides, praised Prosperity Group for demonstrating a strong sense of Corporate Social Responsibility and thanked its Director, Mr Panos Alexandrou for his offer to our city. He also thanked all those who contributed to the completion of this important project that will be enjoyed by both Limassolians and visitors of the city.

In his greeting, the Director of Prosperity Group congratulated the Limassol Municipality for an impeccable cooperation, which resulted in the execution of this project in record time and said that this significant landmark is only one out of many projects to be carried out by Prosperity Group in Limassol and Cyprus in general. He proceeded to add that his company is planning a series of projects that will offer new experiences and choices of value to our citizens. The revamping of the Ayios Nicolaos roundabout and the creation of a new traditional and upgraded Municipal Market provide further impetus to the Group to continue the long-term program of works that has been put into orbit.

The event was concluded with a performance by the Limassol Municipality Philharmonic Orchestra.
