Remedica Ltd donates 20 waste containers to Limassol Municipality

On 26.03.2020 and as part of its corporate social responsibility, Remedica Ltd donated 20 waste containers for disposing hazardous waste (gloves, masks) to be placed at various points (pharmacies and other commercial premises) in the area of Ayia Zoni. Over a brief ceremony, the Mayor of Limassol, Mr Nicos Nicolaides, thanked the CEO of Remedica, Michael Neoptolemou, for this kind offer and the community leader of Ayia Zoni, Mr Giannakis Elissaiou for his help.

In addition to the waste containers, the company also donated 10 cleaning handrails for the cleaning department of the Municipality and 10 flower containers for the decoration of the city centre.

The event was attended by Municipal Councillors, neighbourhood police officers and many residents of the Ayia Zoni area.
