Disinfection scheduled during Holy Week

The Limassol Municipality would like to inform its citizens that specially trained Municipality staff will continue to systematically disinfect indoor and outdoor spaces throughout the Holy Week, as a precautionary measure against Coronavirus.

Disinfections are carried out on a daily basis at:

Public restrooms, bus stops, public squares, garbage depots, garbage bins and garbage compressors, pedestrian crossings, public benches, embankment areas and other areas used by the public or where deemed necessary.  

Additionally, all Municipality premises and vehicles - especially refuse collection vehicles - are also being disinfected.

It should be noted that only approved and eco-friendly disinfectants are used to carry out the task. The Limassol Municipality has enough products to disinfect where and when required.
