“We run for life … at Lemesia 2021.”

The charity athletic event “EU ZEIN, We run for our Life”, takes place on the 26^th September 2021, for the fourth consecutive year, within the framework, of the top sport event of Cyprus, Lemesia.

The event which is dedicated in memory of the fighter for life, Thekla Avgousti, is organized by the Municipality of Limassol and the Community Council of Amiantos with the cooperation with PASYCAF (Cyprus Association of Cancer Patients and Friends), the Technical University of Cyprus and the Club EU ZEIN (Wellbeing).

The start will be at 9:30 in the morning at the Multipurpose and Exhibition Center of Amiantos. It is expected that in the race there will be participation from athletes, ordinary people, families and children.

Young and old will have the opportunity to be acquainted with natural Cyprus and taste traditional food. Additionally, the attendants will be able to enjoy a unique walk in the foot path of nature study “Loumata ton Aeton (Eagles Baths)”.

There is no fixed registration fee for the race. The participants can make their own donation for charity on the website of Cyprus Association of Cancer Patients and Friends (PASYKAF) www.pasykaf.org/donation-product or through the available coupons.

Αll the donations and income from the selling of the products will be given to the Cyprus Association of Cancer Patients and Friends (PASYKAF) for reinforcement of its medical care programmes and services.

It is worth noting that “Lemesia” is part of the activities associated with the European City of Sport a title that Limassol won amongst many other candidate cities of Europe.

Limassol deserves and has the ability to claim high awards!
