Contract for the Management of the A’ Municipal Market - combination of traditional and commercial uses

The contract for the unified management of the A’ Municipal Market was signed on Friday  (30-03-2018) by the joint venture of the companies Alexandrou Corporate Service, AR Consulting and Prosperity Group. Under the terms of the Contract, the duration of the license use of the Agreement is ten years from the date of operation of the refurbished A’ Municipal Market with the possibility of renewal for five years, subject to the terms stated in the Contract. Furthermore, the investor will manage all sub-rented properties combining traditional and commercial uses, such as commercial and traditional (products and handicrafts) shops, entertainment and restaurants and cultural events.  The Municipal Market building consists of large rooms and shops occupying an area of three (3000) thousand square metres.
