Christmas Tree Lighting

The Limassol Municipality invites you to this year’s Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony on Saturday, 1 December 2018, at 6.00p.m.  

A brand new and one-of-a-kind tree will be set up this year at Grigoris Afxentiou Square (District Administration).

The Philharmonic Orchestra of the Limassol Municipality will be playing Christmas carols and other songs as from 5:30p.m., followed by the “Dream’s Children Choir” and the “Dream’s Choir”.

6:00p.m. Christmas Tree Lighting by the Mayor of Limassol, Mr Nicos Nicolaides and the Limassol Municipal Council.

Santa’s sleigh will be arriving at the Grigoris Afxentiou Square accompanied by Santa’s little helpers from The Ballet House by Marina Paraskeva.

5.00p.m.– 9.00p.m. Arts and Crafts Workshop for Children. Children can paint, create and write to Santa Claus.

6.30p.m. Christmas Presents
Santa Claus will be greeting and delivering presents to children in his workshop.
